All Donation requests require 30 day notice.
We receive numerous requests for donations each day. Every month we review current requests and decide where we are able to help. In order to insure a fair and thorough review of each request we have instituted a “Donation Request Procedure”.
Due to the high volume of donation requests the office does not take phone calls for donations.
We will respond to all requests via mail/email on a monthly basis to let your organization know if we are able to assist in your fundraising needs. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor all of these requests.

Please note that we do not accept requests for cash donations. We do welcome you to inquire on the other programs that we offer that can be effective for large active groups. Visit the Benefit Night and/or Cake/Pie Fundraising section of the website for more information.
